Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. (Note: Mira Shots only accepts Cash on Delivery payments.)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items only.

  • Mira Shots will provide instructions for returning the defective item and dispatching a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
